About Us
Our Story
The Muslim cemetery was established in 2009 following dedicated hard work by engineer Abdel Latif Sallaj and the late Dr. Mohammed Sadek Eid (may God have mercy on his soul).
To this effect, burial plots have been purchased (300 to date) in Alderwood Cemetery in Riverview. Seventy per cent of these have been purchased by the generosity of four families.
Agreements have been reached and signed with other parties to provide the necessary services, namely Fergusons Riverview Funeral Centre, Alderwood Cemetery, and Goguen Monuments. Rules and Regulations have been agreed upon and are in effect.
